quotes in the Product Catalogue corresponding to the
products are inclusive of Customs Duties, Sales Tax,
Packing and Fowarding and Transportation charges. Please
note that the pricecs quotes are those applicable at
the time of printing and they are subject to change
without any prior notice. We reserve the right to invoice
goods at prices prevailing on the date of despatch. |

All payments
are to be made in favor of M/s. Viva Totalscope (P)
Ltd. payable at New Delhi and we provide the following
options to the Customers for payment: |

| Cash Payment |

Goods
will be handed over against receipt of cash payment
at our Delhi office. |

| Demand Draft |
: |
Goods
will be despatched against receipt and realization
of Demand Draft. |

Documents negotiated
through bank |
: |
Payments against documents
negotiated through bank are acceptable. Goods
will be despatched after receipt of Confirmed
Purchase Order and Bank details. All bank charges
are to be borne by the Customer.

| C.O.D |
: |
Goods
will be despatched on C.O.D basis only through
Gati Ltd. / Elbee Courier Services as er their
area of service. Please add Rs. 200.00 towards
C.O.D charges. |

make every effort to ensure fast delivery, no responsibility
whatsoever shall be accepted for any delay in delivery

Breakage, Shortage &

are packed with utmost care and forwarded at the Customer's
risk. No claim for breakage or shortage will be entertained.
Transit Insurance can be arranged at Cstomer's request

Amendment, Cancellation

No amendment
or cancellation will be accepted once the goods haven
been packed for despatch. Goods once sold will not be
acceptedable for credit, exchange or refund. |
